Smoked Sausage Soup
2 cups chopped onions
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons poultry
1 pound smoked sausage, cut Seasonmg into bite-size pieces
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 cups sliced celery
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cups sliced summer squash
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke,
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (8 ounces) tomato
1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
In a small skillet, sauté onions in butter until tender. Transfer to Bean Pot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on 374 for 2 hours or until vegetables are tender.

Shipwreck Dinner
1 can of kidney beans rinsed 1 small can sliced mushrooms drained
1 pound hamburger browned 6 slices cooked bacon
1 tsp minced garlic
Brown the hamburger in your bean pot. Drain off excess fat and then mix in all other ingredients. Place lid on Bean Pot and microwave for 10 minutes.
I love to serve this with shredded cheddar cheese on top for a little more flavor! Such an easy and delicious meal!

Smothered Pork Chops MEAL
* Stick of Butter
* Skillet
* 1/2 bag of sliced bell peppers & onions (or cut fresh ones)
* 2 Tbs. flour
* Cajun seasoning
* Pepper
* 2 cups of milk
* Real mashed potatoes or Instant according to directions
* 1/4 cup Sour cream
* Green vegetable of your choice
* Pork Chops
* Directions:
* In a skillet with 2 Tbs. of butter, lightly brown the chops & then place in your Magic Bean Pot.
* Add peppers & onions to Bean Pot.
* In skillet, add the rest of the butter & flour & cook until flour is smooth. Sprinkle seasoning.
* Add 2 cups of milk to skillet until it is smooth & thickened.
* Then pour gravy on top of the chops.
* Add lid & microwave for 10 minutes (depending on thickness of chops).
* While in microwave, fix potatoes & add the sour cream to them.
* Serve with green vegetable...this is so good you'll want to lick your plate clean!!

Orange Pineapple Glazed Ham
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
1 delicious spiral sliced Ham!
Add ham to beanpot - blend oranges/pineapple together - pour over ham - sprinkle brown sugar over all - bake @ 350 for about 2 hours - such goodness! and oh so easy!!

Bacon and Cheese Fettuccine
Ingredients
* 8 Strips of Bacon that you have cooked & crumbled
* 1 box of Uncooked Fettuccine noodles
* 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
* 2 cups of Chicken Broth
* Seasoning of your choice: Italian, salt & pepper, basil, oregano
* Brick of Cream Cheese
* OPTIONAL - chopped Onion
Directions:
* Place all ingredients (except cream cheese) in the Bean Pot.
* Place lid on bean pot & microwave for 25 minutes.
* Once everything is cooked, add cream cheese and microwave for a couple more minutes.

Maple Sausage and Potatoes Breakfast
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 pound sweet Italian sausage links, sliced half-inch thick
• 1 small onion, diced
• 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, diced
• 3 tablespoons maple syrup
• Salt and pepper to taste
1. Melt butter in a skillet and saute sausage until partially cooked. Drain; add sausage to Bean Pot.
2. Add onion and potatoes and stir.
3. Drizzle maple syrup over ingredients.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Cover; cook on 375 for 1 hours.
Green Chile Stew
2lbs of pork stew meat
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
2 7oz cans of chopped green chiles
4 potatoes peeled and diced
1 can of rotel tomatoes w/green chile
3 cans of hominy/white or yellow/I use both
1tsp of garlic powder
1tsp of cumin
1tsp of ground green chile
3C of water
layer in Bean Pot potatoes first then meat and so on...cook on 375 for 2 hours...and enjoy!
Lentil and Ham Soup
1 cup dried lentils
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. black pepper
32 oz. reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
8 oz. tomato sauce (may want to use no-salt-added)
In a Bean Pot, combine the lentils, celery, carrots, onion, garlic and ham. Season with basil, thyme, oregano, the bay leaf and pepper. Stir in the chicken broth, water and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on 325 for 2.5 hours. Discard Bay Leaf before serving.

Turkey Bacon Wraps
4 slices Bacon cut in 1/2" pieces
2 lbs Turkey Breast Tenderloins cut in 1" slices
3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning from mix
1 Avocado peeled and mashed
1/2 cup Roasted Bell Peppers from jar
8 Flour Tortillas heated
Cook bacon until almost crisp.
Add turkey slices to skillet stirring occasionally until turkey is brown.
Spray Bean Pot with cooking spray.
Place turkey mixture in pot.
Top with barbecue sauce and taco seasoning.
Stir well.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove turkey and use forks to break up meat; return to Bean Pot.
Layer avocado, lettuce, turkey and bell peppers on heated tortilla; roll up.
Cajun Pulled Pork
4 lb Boneless Pork Shoulder or Boston Butt
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 cups Water
Toasted Buns or Rice
Place the meat into large zipper bag with brown sugar and all the spices. Seal well and shake to coat.
Pour into Bean Pot. Top with onion and butter.
Pour in water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork.
Serve on toasted buns or rice.
Pork and Potatoes
1 lb Red Potatoes cut in fourths
1 cup Baby Carrots
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary chopped
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
11/2 cups Beef Broth
Place pork in center of pot.
Arrange potatoes and carrots around outer edge of Bean Pot.
Mix mustard, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in bowl.
Spread mixture over pork.
Sprinkle onions over pork.
Pour broth evenly over top.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 21/2 hours.
Pork Chops with Pizza Sauce
6 Pork Loin Chops 1" thick
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 cup Onion chopped
2 cups Tomato Pasta Sauce
4 cups Cooked Orzo
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Remove fat from chops.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In skillet heat oil over medium heat, add chops and cook about 5 minutes turning once until brown.
Place chops in Bean Pot, sprinkle onion over top.
Add pasta sauce.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 11/2 hours.
To serve place orzo on plate and top with pork chop and sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Sausage and Peppers
4 Sweet Italian Sausages sliced
1 jar Tomato Sauce of your choice or make your own
2 Green Peppers thinly sliced
1 Onion large thinly sliced
Hoagie Rolls
Saute peppers and onion in olive oil until soft; do not brown.
In Bean Pot cover bottom with tomato sauce. Place sausage slices in pot and add peppers and onions.Top
with remaining sauce and stir until all of the ingredients are coated with sauce.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until sausages are thoroughly heated. You may top with
mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
Serve as is or on hoagie rolls.
Italian Lasagna
1 lb Italian Sausage
1/2 cup Onion chopped
3 15 oz. cans Italian Style Tomato Sauce
2 tsp. Dried Basil
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
15 Lasagna Noodles
Brown sausage and onion over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, basil and salt.
Mix 1 cup of mozzarella, the ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.
Spoon one fourth of the sausage mixture into the Bean Pot; top with 5 noodles, broken into pieces to fit. Spread with half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 11/2 hours or until
noodles are tender.
Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and let stand about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Sauerkraut and Sausage
4 Boneless Pork Chops large
1/2 lb Kielbasa light
3 Potatoes large peeled and sliced
2 Tart Apples peeled and sliced thin
2 14 oz. cans Sauerkraut undrained
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup White Wine slightly sweet such as Reisling
1 15 oz. can Peas drained
Spray Bean Pot with cooking spray.
In small bowl mix salt, pepper and Italian seasoning together.
Layer potatoes, pork chops, kielbasa, apples and sauerkraut with a small amount of seasoning on each
layer.
Sprinkle the last of the seasoning mix over the sauerkraut and pour the wine over the top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove from the oven and stir in the peas. Return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
If pork chops are not falling apart, cut into small pieces and mix back in Bean Pot to serve.
