Italian Swiss Steak

  • 1 3-4 pound chuck roast
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans of Hunts Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, roughly diced
  • 2 tablespoons Hunts tomato paste
  • 2 heaping teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½-1 cup diced red or green peppers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 to 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ pound cooked penne pasta

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven 375
  2. Add 1 can of Hunts diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, peppers (if using) garlic, pepper and salt (if using) to the bottom of a Bean Pot.
  3. Cut the roast into serving sizes. I cut my 3½ pound roast into 4 pieces for easier handling.
  4. Place roast pieces in Bean Pot.
  5. Pour the remaining can of diced tomatoes over the top of the roast and spread to cover the meat.
  6. After 1 hour of cooking mix the cornstarch with the 2 tablespoons of water and add to the Bean pot and stir.
  7. Cook for an hour longer to allow the sauce to thicken.
  8. After an hour using a measuring cup or ladle remove most of the sauce from the bean pot and set aside.
  9. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the top of the meat. Cover and allow cheese to melt.
  10. While the cheese is melting cook the pasta and drain.
  11. Serve each cooked portion of Swiss Steak over a bed of pasta with a salad on the side.
  12. Ladle a bit of the reserved sauce over the pasta if desired.

Then put a layer of tortilla chips at the bottom of your bean pot, and layer with meat mixture then sprinkle with shreded cheese and contnue layering until you end up with meat mixture on top. Bacon Pepper Crusted Beef

Beef Tenderloins
Bacon Crumbles
1/4 stick of butter (softened)
Southern Steak Seasoning
1 beef bouilion cube disolved in 1/4 cup water...
First you will want to disolve 1 bb cube in 1/4 cup warm water. Then place in bean pot. Next dredge/rub your beef tenderloins in softened butter, southern steak seasoning and bacon crumbles. Place tenderloins in bean pot and place lid on. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and let cook for 20 minutes (less if you want a little more pink in your meat). While this is cooking place bake potatoes that you have pierced and rubbed with butter in a bean pot and microwave for 12 minutes (less or more depending on size). Remove when done and set aside for when tenderloin is done.Remove tenderloin after 20 minutes and let set for 5 minutes. Serve with seasoned green beans and enjoy. You have just prepared a Paula Deen recipe knockoff from prep to plate in less than 35 minutes using your amazing bean pots - one in oven, one in microwave and one mini casserole!

Beef Pot Pie

Easy Stacked Enchiladas

What's for dinner at your house tonight? How about "Easy Peasy Stacked Enchiladas!" What makes this so "easy peasy" is my Celebrating Home Bean Pot, microwave and the fact that I only dirty up the bean pot and a mixing bowl, whoo hoo! Kitchen stays cool and clean up is a breeze. So how easy is it? Here goes: You need one pound of thawed hamburger, 1 can of rotel, 1 can of hatchs red enchilada sauce, 1 bag of tortilla chips, and 1 bag of shredded cheese. Place hamburger in your bean pot place lid on and microwave for 5 minutes. Remove and crumble and cook an additional minute to ensure all is browned. Next, strain hamburger and place in mixing bowl, along with a can of rotel and mix together. Next drain hamburger grease from bean pot ( i poured it into empty rotel can). Now layer tortilla chips on bottom of bean pot then add a layer of hamburger rotel mix (another reason this is easy, no onions to chop or green chilis since they are in the rotel) Then sprinkle with cheese. Continue steps until you end up with chips on top. Then pour the enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle more cheese. Place lid on and microwave for 15 minutes. While this is cooking chop lettues and tomatoes to garnish. How easy it this and does it smell wonderful! See More

Creamy Beef over Pasta

--2 lbs stew meat
--2 T butter
--1/4 cup soy milk
--1 T gluten free worcestershire sauce
--1 T black pepper
--2 T dried minced onion
--1/4 cup beef broth
--1/2 t kosher salt
--1 t herbs de provence
--1/2 block of cream cheese (not pictured)

The Directions.

Place meat in Bean Pot. Dump all other ingredients over meat. NOT cream cheese yet. Save it for later

Cook on 325 for 2 hours.

Squeeze in a half block of cream cheese, and stir until it is incorporated.

Serve over hot pasta.

BBQ Beef and Bean Sandwiches

--3 pound chuck roast (mine was frozen solid)
--1 yellow onion, sliced in rings
--3 cloves chopped garlic
--1 can (16.5 oz) barbecue baked beans
--2 T water
--1/4 cup barbecue sauce
--cheese, optional
--jalapeno slices, optional

The Directions.
Place meat in Bean Pot, add onion and garlic. Poured the contents of the bean can over the meat.
Add barbecue sauce.

Cover and cook on 350 for 2 hours or until meat shreds easily with a fork.
Serve on rolls, buns, rice cakes, or over rice. Add slices of your favorite cheese and sliced jalapeños.

Beef Stew 5 Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat
1 (16-ounce) jar southwest salsa (has corn, black beans, onions, tomatoes, chiles)
4 cups beef broth
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup baby carrots, or chopped carrot

Put the meat into your Bean Por and add the rest of the ingredients --- there is no need for any other seasoning; the southwest salsa provides plenty of flavor all on it's own. If you can't find this particular kind of salsa, you can certainly add frozen or canned corn or diced potatoes, or anything else you'd like.
I was trying to keep the ingredient listing to 5, and to not pull out a cutting board, but if you'd like to doctor it up with veggies you have in the house, go for it!
Cover and cook 375 for 1 hour or until the meat is so tender it falls apart when pokes

Asian Shredded Beef

4 pounds boneless beef or pork roast
1/2 cup gluten free soy sauce
1/2 cup gluten free hoisin sauce
6 tablespoons ketchup
6 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Chinese 5-spice powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 6 cloves, minced)

The Directions.

Trim any visible fat from the meat, and plop it into your Bean Pot. My meat was fresh, but it's okay if your meat is still frozen. Sprinkle the dried spices directly onto the meat, and top with the ketchup and honey. Pour in the soy and hoisin sauces. Cover and cook on 350 for 2 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork.

Serve over white or brown basmati rice, or over shredded cabbage.

A-1 Steak

--4-6 steaks, or a hunk of tri-tip you cut into 4-6 steaks
--2 T A-1 sauce
--2 T dijon mustard
--1/4 cup white wine

The Directions.
--combine the A-1 steak sauce and the dijon mustard in a little bowl
--paint the sauce mixture on all sides of each piece of meat
--place the meat into your Bean Pot
--pour in the 1/4 cup of white wine

cook on 375 for 1 hour or until beef cooked through

*serve with potatoes or rice or french fries or vegetables or something that you normally want to eat with steak.
