Cajun Pulled Pork
4 lb Boneless Pork Shoulder or Boston Butt
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 cups Water
Toasted Buns or Rice
Place the meat into large zipper bag with brown sugar and all the spices. Seal well and shake to coat.
Pour into Bean Pot. Top with onion and butter.
Pour in water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat shreds easily with a fork.
Serve on toasted buns or rice.
