Asian Chicken


31/2 - 4 lbs Chicken cut up
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
1 clove Garlic minced
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/4 cup Almonds slivered

In skillet over medium heat brown the chicken in oil on
both sides.
After cooked, place in Bean Pot.
Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic and ginger; pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours until juices run clear.
Sprinkle with almond slivers before serving.
