Pea Salad


1 Cup fresh broccoli florets
1 Cup fresh cauliflower, broken in small pieces
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 Rib celery, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup green onions, thinly sliced
5 Tbsp. ranch salad dressing
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 Cup salted cashew pieces
2 Strips bacon, cooked and crumbled


Place broccoli and cauliflower in Bean Pot.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover well with plastic wrap.

Microwave for 3 minutes, remove; drain and rinse in cold water.
Place broccoli, cauliflower, peas, celery and onions in Bean Pot.
Whisk together ranch dressing and sour cream.
 Stir into vegetable mixture.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Before serving stir in cashews and bacon.
