Broccoli Salad


1 Head broccoli
8 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup red onion, chopped
1/2 Cup raisins
8 Ozs. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 Cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 Cup sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Cut florets from ends of broccoli.
In Bean Pot, mix broccoli, bacon, onion, raisins, tomatoes, cheese, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over mixture; toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
