LAYERED BURGER CASSEROLE
2-3 lbs. burger (brown and crumbled)
6-8 med.-lg. potatoes, sliced w/ skin on
1 – 1 ½ lbs. baby carrots
2 (10.75-oz) cans tomato soup
1 (10.75-oz) can cr. of mushroom soup
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
Put sliced potatoes to bottom of Bean Pot, then top with carrots (I usually put carrots in a bowl and microwave till partially cooked because they can tend to be a little crunchy yet it not partially cooked). Lay hamburger on top of carrots. Top burger with soups. I season each layer with a little garlic & onion powder. Cook on 375 for 1 hour.
