Hot Fiesta Corn Dip

2 cans fiesta corn(drained),
2 cups pepper jack cheese,
1 cup mayo,
1/2 cup parmesan cheese,

Combine all ingredients well n bake at 350 for 30 min. serve w/ corn chips. optional... sliced canned jalapeno peppers on top before baking, just a few to garnish.
This recipe fits our 8x8 baker, so u need to double for 9x13 or Your Bean Pot
