Beef Brisket
21/2 lbs Beef Brisket
1/2 cup Onions chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 12 oz. jar Chili Sauce
1 12 oz. can Beer
Tomatoes
Parsley
Place brisket fat side down in Bean Pot.
Sprinkle meat with onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour chili sauce over all ingredients.
Bake at 225 degrees for 6 hours.
Pour beer over meat and increase temperature to 350
degrees, bake for 45 minutes more.
Place on large serving platter, slice thin and serve with
sauce from the Bean Pot.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes and parsley.
