Potato Salad


3lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup Classic Ranch Dressing
6 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 green onions, thinly sliced
salt/pepper to taste

Put potatoes in Bean Pot salt & pepper,Add water place the lid on Bean Pot.
Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain excess water
Allow potatoes to cool. Then mix dressings & other ingredients, add to potatoes, mix lightly REFRIGERATE 1 hour then serve.
