Chicken Salad

2 cups shredded chicken
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped

¾ cup red grapes, cut in half
Place all ingredients in Bean Pot, except
for grapes, and mix well. Add grapes and
stir gently. May also substitute cubed, fresh
strawberries or blueberries for red grapes.
