BBQ’D PORK STRIPS


1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 8-ounce can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
3 pounds lean pork, cut into strips, browned, and drained
Combine all ingredients except pork strips in Bean Pot and stir well. Add pork and stir to coat. Cook on 325 for 2.5 hours. Serve with sauce. Makes about 15 servings.
