Thanksgiving Stuffing
2 pkgs. Pepperidge Farms Herb
Season Cubed Stuffing (12 oz. pkg.)
8 tbsp. butter
2 c. celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
7 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. sage (optional)
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
5 eggs, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In the Celebrating Home Berry Roaster, empty the contents of stuffing mix packages. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the celery and onion and cook until transparent, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Pour the vegetable mixture over the stuffing mix. Add the stock, mix well, taste, and add salt, sage and poultry seasoning. Add pepper to taste. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Bake until stuffing is cooked through and golden brown, about 2 hours. Serve with turkey as a side dish.
